• Quotes are based on information provided by the client and visible conditions at the time of inspection.

• Any changes in scope, frequency, or site conditions may result in price adjustments.

• Additional services requested outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.

3. Scheduling & Access

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises at the scheduled service time.

• Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or unavailable contacts may require rescheduling.

• Additional charges may apply if service time is extended due to access issues or undisclosed conditions.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Invoices are issued according to the agreed billing schedule.

• Payment terms are stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late or overdue payments may result in service suspension or termination.

• Outstanding balances may incur administrative or late fees where permitted by law.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Repeated cancellations may result in termination of service.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Securing valuables, confidential documents, and sensitive equipment.

• Informing us of fragile surfaces, special materials, or restricted areas.

• Ensuring the premises comply with applicable health and safety standards.

True Shine Cleaning Services is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or undisclosed hazards.

7. Satisfaction & Complaints

• Any service-related concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after service completion.

• We will make reasonable efforts to address valid complaints.

• Refunds, re-cleans, or service credits are issued at our discretion.

8. Damage & Liability

• While every effort is made to perform services with care, liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.

• We are not responsible for damage resulting from faulty, unstable, or poorly maintained surfaces.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Insurance & Workforce
